Job summary

First Internet Bank is seeking a Partnership Manager to maximize value for our fintech customers. You will manage up to 10 fintech partner accounts, guide their journey, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure elevated customer experiences and regulatory alignment.

You will craft enablement strategies, drive adoption, and work with marketing to collect VOC insights, case studies, and testimonials. Travel up to 25% is possible as part of expanding partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relationship management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Technology or equivalent experience.
• Experience with contract negotiations preferred.
• Strong data analytics for decision making and presenting to external parties.
• Ability to craft and present materials with storytelling.
• Proven track record of retention or growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 10 fintech partner accounts.
• Serve as partner experience advocate throughout their journey.
• Own enablement strategy for fintech partners and align value.
• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal teams.
• Work with marketing to curate VOC materials and case studies.
• Build advisory relationships with key stakeholders and executives.
• Ensure programs align with regulatory requirements and value realization.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and strategic alliances.
