Job summary

FinWise Bank, based in Murray, Utah, seeks a Business Development Associate to join its fintech partnerships team. This entry-level role supports the front end of the partner pipeline, identifying prospective fintech partners, handling initial outreach, and keeping deals moving through the sales process.

You will gain hands-on exposure to how bank-fintech partnerships are sourced, evaluated, and closed—seeing deal economics, due diligence, and relationship management in a regulated banking

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional sales or client-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and prospect-facing interaction.
• Proficient with Outlook, HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
• Fintech/regulated industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification & pipeline development with fintech prospects.
• Initial prospect communication via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Sales process support: organize deals, prep materials, coordinate stakeholders.
• Learning & development: shadow senior team, participate in training.
