Visa seeks a Director, Business Development in U.S. Fintech Partnerships to win and grow high-value fintech relationships. Lead deals from prospecting through contracting, with in-person engagement in SF or NYC. Enterprise-level, quota-bearing role focused on net-new business and strategic clients.

You will collaborate with product, strategy, and cross-functional teams to bring capabilities to clients and shape Visa's fintech roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• 8+ years with an Advanced Degree (Masters/MBA/JD/MD).
• 3+ years with a PhD.

Responsabilités

• Win net-new fintech partnerships across the U.S. fintech ecosystem.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contracting and launch.
• Maintain senior-level relationships with large strategic clients.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, product, risk and implementation teams.
• Bring client and market insights to influence Visa strategy.
