Job summary

Visa is seeking a Marketing Manager in San Francisco to lead end-to-end marketing engagements for fintech and enabler clients. You will translate business objectives into clear marketing plans, manage budgets, and ensure delivery on time and within scope.

The role requires strong project management, executive presence and the ability to navigate a matrixed environment, with collaboration across Marketing, Creative, Analytics, Legal and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree or 0 years with a PhD.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day marketing lead for fintech and enabler clients, building trusted relationships and delivering high-quality client experiences.
• Lead client discussions, provide strategic recommendations, and present marketing plans, campaign results, and optimization opportunities.
• Own development and execution of marketing projects across acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and retention objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, remove barriers, and deliver client commitments.
• Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, executive reviews, and post-campaign analyses from initiation to completion.
