Job summary

Insight Global’s client seeks a VP, Fintech Lending Counsel with deep expertise in Bank-Fintech lending partnerships and sponsored lending programs. The role will advise on development and launch of lending products, provide legal guidance on regulatory and compliance matters, and support ongoing program growth.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting commercial contract negotiations and/or fintech product launches.
• Ability to assess and advise on legal and regulatory risks for new and existing fintech lending or credit programs.
• Strong knowledge of consumer and commercial lending laws, including regulations governing lending products, credit programs, and Bank-Fintech partnerships.
• Background in fintech, banking, financial services, or lending, with a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape.
• Ability to partner effectively with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to support business objectives while managing legal risk.
