Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active CA bar.
• Strong understanding of federal and state consumer protection laws.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a day‑to‑day legal resource for product, engineering, and business teams.
• Advise on regulatory considerations across the product lifecycle, including development, marketing, and disclosures.
• Analyze consumer protection requirements and advise on their application to products and practices.
• Conduct legal research on emerging regulatory issues and provide practical recommendations.
• Review consumer-facing disclosures, agreements, communications, and advertising materials.
• Provide guidance on consumer privacy, data use, and information sharing practices.
• Monitor developments in legislation and enforcement and communicate implications to stakeholders.
• Support regulatory filings, licensing matters, examinations, and interactions with government agencies.
