Responsibilities

• Advises internal business clients on sponsored lending products and bank‑Fintech partnerships, including design, servicing, and program support.
• Embeds with product, compliance, risk management, and operations to support Fintech lending programs.
• Drafts and negotiates program agreements, servicing agreements, disclosures, and ancillary documents with Fintech partners and service providers.
• Interprets statutes and regulatory guidance to provide practical legal advice to internal clients.
• Supports risk assessments and remediation plans for new and existing Fintech credit programs.
• Tracks regulatory trends and communicates updates to stakeholders.
