You will read API docs, build scalable onboarding workflows, and drive repeatable processes in a fast‑growing fintech, with high visibility to leadership and a compensation package including bonus upside.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in integrations, implementations, technical program management, or solutions architecture.
• Experience with APIs, ERP systems, banking integrations, SFTP, OAuth, Webhooks, and file-based integrations.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to manage expectations with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience owning projects end-to-end in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
• Strong process-building and documentation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own integrations and implementations from kickoff to production deployment.
• Serve as primary contact between clients, engineering, ERP providers, banks, and vendors.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent implementations with strong organization and communication.
• Partner with engineering to scope integrations and track progress through staging, QA, and production.
• Read and interpret API documentation and integration requirements.
• Create scalable onboarding workflows, implementation playbooks, and repeatable documentation processes.
• Identify recurring implementation issues and proactively build process improvements.
• Manage JIRA tickets and end-to-end implementation workflows.
• Help standardize integrations for plug-and-play onboarding experiences.
• Balance strategic process building with hands-on implementation ownership.
