Responsibilities

• Manage implementation and integration projects from kickoff through production launch.
• Coordinate new bank, ERP, and third-party system connections.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and client-facing teams to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors.
• Track timelines, dependencies, risks, and project milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Create and manage tickets, requirements, and project documentation.
• Support troubleshooting efforts by gathering context and routing issues to the appropriate technical teams.
• Maintain integration documentation, best practices, and process workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and help build scalable processes as the business grows.
