Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Senior Integrations & Implementation Specialist to help scale onboarding and integrations across ERP systems, banks, APIs, and financial data environments. You will work directly with leadership, engineering, clients, and partners to build scalable onboarding and integration processes.

This role blends technical implementation with strategic process building in a fast-growing fintech environment, with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in integrations and implementations
Experience in technical project or program management
Experience in solutions architecture
Experience in technical account management
Experience in client-facing technical environments

Responsibilities

Own integrations and implementations from client kickoff through production deployment
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, engineering, ERP providers, banks, and vendors
Coordinate multiple concurrent implementations while staying organized
Partner with engineering to scope integrations and track progress through staging, QA, and production
Read and interpret API documentation and integration requirements
Create scalable onboarding workflows and repeatable documentation
Identify recurring issues and build process improvements
Manage JIRA tickets and end-to-end workflows
Help standardize integrations for plug-and-play onboarding
Balance strategic process building with hands-on ownership
