Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking Technical Consultants to lead partnerships with commercial customers, bridging customers and internal teams to design scalable financial solutions and ERP integrations.

You’ll work with Customer Activation, Account Management, Product, Design and Engineering to shape implementations, document requirements, and drive value through robust accounting features across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business or a related field.
• 2+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion) and finance/accounting workflows.
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture explained to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value and guide scalable approaches.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams on integrations and configurations.
• Assess customer requirements and propose scalable ERP/API solutions.
• Collaborate with onboarding and implementation leads to support technical workstreams.
• Work with customers to troubleshoot integration blockers and propose effective product implementations.
• Define the customer’s success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion.
