Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant to partner with customers and Ramp teams, designing financial solutions through Ramp and partner integrations. You will serve as the technical expert, translating complex accounting features into scalable implementations for high-growth customers.

You will collaborate with Customer Activation, Account Management, Product, Design, and Engineering to shape roadmaps, define success criteria, and ensure smooth onboarding, activation, and expansion across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field.
• 2+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or similar customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and finance/accounting workflows.
• Comfort with APIs and system architecture; explain concepts to non-tech stakeholders.
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical advisor to customers and internal teams during high-value implementations.
• Assess requirements and propose scalable ERP/integration solutions.
• Support fast time-to-value through collaboration with onboarding and implementation leads.
• Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide configuration decisions without coding.
• Influence product roadmap by channeling customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
