Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Technical Consultant to establish partnerships with customers and align Ramp's technical teams. You will design financial and technical solutions leveraging Ramp and partner integrations, working with Post-Sales to influence roadmaps and drive value at scale.

You will define success criteria from onboarding through expansion, educate stakeholders on Ramp’s capabilities, and guide implementation across ERP systems and APIs while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, finance, business, or related field.
• 2+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or similar customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics, Oracle Fusion); SAP S/4HANA or Sage Intacct highly preferred.
• Comfort with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture.
• Strong communication to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp’s internal teams during high-value implementations.
• Assess customer requirements and propose scalable ERP/API integrations.
• Support onboarding and implementation leads to accelerate time-to-value.
• Solve technical hurdles with customers without writing code.
• Define customer success criteria from onboarding to expansion.
• Represent Ramp’s product externally with conviction.
• Contribute to internal docs and tooling for integration use cases.
• Influence product roadmap by channeling customer feedback.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to drive solutions.
