Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Solutions Consultant to partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Management to design financial and technical solutions for Ramp's key customers. You will guide prospects from discovery to activation with expert demonstrations and tailored ROI-focused guidance.

In this role you’ll build tailored product solutions, collaborate with Sales, Product and Partners, and support complex technical and accounting implementations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing roles in SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Proficiency with IdP, HRIS, and ERP solutions.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience in engineering, system design and technical specification writing.

Responsibilities

• Showcase features with tailored demos and ROI-focused value selling.
• Develop tailored product solutions based on integration options.
• Partner with Sales, Product and Partners to advocate for integration.
• Support Sales and Post-Sales in technical and accounting implementations.
• Evaluate customer requirements using use-case analysis and ROI.
• Create internal knowledge base of use cases and best practices.
