Job summary

Ramp seeks a seasoned Partner Consultant to work with customers and partners, delivering deep product expertise and workflow advisement to accelerate Ramp’s partner ecosystem. You will design integrations, guide best practices, and help craft service packages aligned with client needs.

The role requires 6+ years in partner-facing technical roles, strong communication skills, and experience with finance/ERP ecosystems.

Qualifications

6+ years in Partner Architecture, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering or similar
Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, business, finance, accounting or related field
Strong ability to translate technical solutions into business value and guide scalable approaches

Responsibilities

Partner with Channel, Partnerships, Sales, Product and Partner Firms to advocate for product & integration development in-line with customer needs
Collaborate with Ramp Channel Partner Managers to showcase accounting features through demos and enablement to onboard partners
Help partners build service packages and identify opportunities for advisory or managed services
Architect and validate custom API-based integrations between Ramp and third-party platforms
Support Sales and Post-Sales in advanced technical and accounting implementations with partners
Evaluate customer requirements for new partner opportunities through ROI assessments and technical evals
Create and maintain technical assets and internal knowledge base of use cases and best practices
