Job summary

Card Network seeks a Financial Operations Manager to oversee daily financial transactions, optimize processes, and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance within our fintech platform.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in financial operations, strong knowledge of reconciliations and controls, and experience with Excel and accounting software. You will lead a cross-functional team in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial operations, fintech, banking, payments, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of reconciliations, settlements, and financial controls.
• Familiarity with financial systems, payment platforms, and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive experience with Excel, QuickBooks and other accounting related softwares.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial transactions, payment processing, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, account balances, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Identify operational risks, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Improve workflows through automation, technology, and process optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and report operational performance to leadership.
• Lead and support the financial operations team to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
