Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field.
• Experience in a compliance, legal, or financial services environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects end-to-end and manage priorities.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on building systems and structure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for compliance workstreams, maintaining timelines and deliverables.
• Drive compliance process improvement initiatives and scalable solutions.
• Own issue and remediation tracking with up-to-date findings and actions.
• Build audit-readiness infrastructure and documentation libraries.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
• Develop internal compliance procedures, playbooks, and operational docs.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies to meet compliance requirements.
