Fin is building a next-generation payments platform and seeks a strong generalist who can own high-priority projects across product, operations, and engineering. You will translate ambiguous problems into actionable plans, work closely with customers and partners, and drive operational improvements through tooling and processes.

You will develop requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and use data to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows.

• Able to act as a generalist across product, operations, and engineering.
• Comfortable starting with ambiguity and moving to a concrete plan.
• Experience owning projects that span multiple functions and coordinating teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own high-priority projects that cross product, operations, customers, and partners.
• Translate loosely defined problems into clear requirements and execution plans.
• Work with customers and internal teams to understand problems and define solutions.
• Create new processes and operating systems where none exist today.
• Identify recurring operational bottlenecks and propose tooling or product improvements.
• Write requirements and collaborate with engineering on building tools.
