Autoscribe Corporation, a fintech leader in payment processing, seeks an experienced Controller to oversee the accounting function, drive accuracy in earnings, COGS, and financial systems. Reporting to the CEO, you will manage high-volume transactions, implement controls, and provide strategic finance insights to support growth.

This role blends hands-on leadership with process optimization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA, CMA, or CCM strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 4+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Responsabilités

• Lead all day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and payroll.
• Oversee reconciliation of high-volume payment flows and trust accounts.
• Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial statements.
• Strengthen internal controls and PCI-DSS/SOC 2 compliance.
• Collaborate on budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
