Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in customer service, a finance/economics/math background, and fluent English and Czech. 5-day shifts include weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or mathematics or related field.
• Diploma in business administration or related field is a plus.
• 2–4 years of customer service experience, frontline (Livechat and Email) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients on all inquiries via live chat or email.
• Ensure efficient and excellent customer service experience.
• Be well equipped with the Company's platform/product and stay updated on market conditions.
• Diligently manage and follow up on inquiries/complaints from current/prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and translate into constructive feedback and solutions for management.
• Flag discrepancies or risks to management in a timely manner.
• Seek continuous improvements to enhance team performance and efficiency.
