Job summary

Deutsche Bank's Institutional Cash Management unit seeks a Client Sales Manager Fintech (VP) to lead fintech sales strategy across the Americas, focusing on new client acquisition and expanding cross-border payments services.

You will build lasting fintech client relationships, collaborate with Product, Technology and Corporate Cash to tailor solutions, and manage KYC/AML risk while reporting to the Head of Fintech Sales for Cash & Trade Finance. Hybrid NYC office-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or payments sector.
• Experience in B2B payment sales and partnerships.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC and sanctions frameworks.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive ICT FinTech sales strategy to meet revenue objectives via new client acquisition.
• Build and maintain relationships with Americas FinTech clients to win cross-border payments business.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology and Corporate Cash to tailor client solutions.
• Represent ICT at industry forums and client seminars; act as FinTech subject matter expert.
• Manage KYC/AML risk for FinTech portfolio and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Report to Head of Fintech Sales for Cash & Trade Finance and oversee sales/P&L.
