Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in New York is seeking a Vice President to lead the FX Prime Brokerage product agenda. You will partner with the sales team to define the offering for prospective clients, set commercial terms, and manage onboarding from start to finish, balancing revenue hurdles with client needs and risk controls.

You will own ongoing relationships with the client base, oversee risk and costs across the Americas, and drive platform enhancements for regulatory compliance while applying AI tools

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in FX Prime Brokerage product expertise.
• Client facing experience with major US hedge funds or similar clients.
• Strong understanding of FX markets and prime brokerage landscape.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and decision making.
• Proven ability to solve complex business problems in a financial services context.

Responsibilities

• Define FXPB product offering with sales, guiding client onboarding and term setting.
• Oversee risk profile and profitability for FXPB in the Americas.
• Review commercial terms and legal docs to ensure revenue hurdles are met.
• Manage ongoing client relationships and serve as senior escalation point.
• Drive product enhancements ensuring regulatory compliance and efficiency.
