Job summary

WhiteTech is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive fintech product enhancements and detailed requirements gathering. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to shape features, document use cases, and ensure seamless API/SDK integrations.

The role requires strong BA/PM background, UI/UX awareness (Figma), SQL basics, and excellent communication across technical and business stakeholders in a remote CET-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
• Experience in B2B and B2C environments.
• Knowledge of BA requirements, PM principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and Figma.
• Experience with SQL and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Google tools.
• Experience creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis for fintech projects and initiatives.
• Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and benchmarks.
• Collect and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and focus groups.
• Develop use cases, user stories, and feature docs.
• Identify and address gaps in products and processes.
• Collaborate with third-party developers to integrate APIs/SDKs.
• Provide technical support to sales, operations, and partner teams.
• Assist in troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
• Create technical docs, integration guides, and training materials.
• Lead knowledge transfer and product demonstrations to stakeholders.
