WhiteTech is a remote-first fintech company seeking a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to analyze markets, elicit requirements, and improve product capabilities.

You will work with internal teams and external partners, document integrations, create manuals, and support post-launch activities while applying basic UI/UX concepts and Agile practices. Strong SQL, Jira/Confluence, and English are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
• Knowledge of business analysis, project management, and Agile practices.
• Basic usability principles and UI/UX concepts (Figma).
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Conduct detailed business analysis for fintech projects.
• Support internal sales, operations, and partner engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot, test, launch, and monitor post‑integration activities.
• Create technical documentation, integration manuals, and user guides.
