Job summary

WhiteTech is hiring a Business Analyst to analyze fintech projects, gather requirements, and shape product features. You’ll work with internal teams and partners to integrate APIs/SDKs, document use cases, and improve product offerings. Strong BA/PM background, Agile, and English proficiency are essential.

You will collaborate across markets in a remote-first setup, contribute to demos and training materials, and support the sales/operations teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business/Finance or related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
• Familiar with both B2B and B2C environments.
• Knowledge of BA requirements, PM principles, practices and tools.
• Understanding of usability principles and UI/UX (Figma).
• Experience with SQL and basic HTML/CSS/JS.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Google Docs/Sheets.
• Experience creating mockups and UI sketches.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive business analysis for fintech projects.
• Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
• Collect and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and focus groups.
• Develop detailed use cases, user stories, and doc features.
• Identify and address gaps in products and processes.
• Collaborate with third-party developers to integrate APIs/SDKs.
• Provide technical support to internal sales, operations, and partners.
• Participate in troubleshooting, testing, launch, and post-integration monitoring.
• Create technical docs, integration manuals, guidelines and training materials.
• Manage knowledge transfer and conduct product demonstrations.
