Job summary

WhiteTech, a remote-first fintech, seeks a Lead Business Analyst to drive the product vision, align stakeholder priorities, and lead a 10–12 strong BA team across desktop and mobile platforms.

You will manage relationships with executives, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and collaborate with product, engineering, and UX using Jira, Confluence, and Power BI to deliver data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/BA/Finance or related field.
• 5+ years as Business Analyst or Product Manager in B2B/B2C with desktop and mobile projects.
• Knowledge of business analysis requirements, PM principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
• Understanding of usability principles and UI/UX design, including Figma.
• Experience with SQL and basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge.
• Ability to work with API documentation and API integration best practices.
• Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and UML or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for data insights.
• Experience creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading a BA team of 10-12.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and executives.
• Contribute to a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with customer priorities.
• Team management, mentoring, coaching, and resourcing.
• Plan BA resources and manage delivery progress against the roadmap.
• Elicit business and user needs, capture high-level requirements, and prioritize with the product team.
• Lead a team of business analysts, fostering a collaborative high-performing culture.
