Job summary

WhiteTech, a remote-first fintech solutions provider, is seeking a Business Analyst to drive detailed business analysis, define product requirements, and collaborate with internal and external teams for API and SDK integrations. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, and market benchmarking within a CET-friendly, fully remote model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business/Finance or related field.
• At least 3 years as Business Analyst or Product Manager.
• Experience in B2B and B2C environments.
• Knowledge of requirements gathering, PM principles, and tools.
• Basic UI/UX understanding (Figma).
• Experience with SQL and basics of HTML/CSS/JS.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, Google Docs/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis for fintech projects.
• Analyze market trends, conditions, and competitor strategies.
• Collect and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and focus groups.
• Develop use cases, user stories, and documentation for features.
• Identify gaps in products and processes; work with third-party APIs/SDKs.
• Provide technical support to sales, operations, and partner teams.
• Participate in testing, launches, and post-integration monitoring.
• Create technical docs, integration manuals, and training materials.
• Lead knowledge transfer and product demonstrations.
