Job summary

WhiteTech is a remote-first technology company delivering white-label and SAAS solutions for EMI, PSP, e-commerce, and open banking. The role focuses on deep business analysis, product management, and coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will gather requirements, analyze markets, and help drive features from concept to launch, while supporting sales and partner teams in a fully remote CET-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
• Experience in B2B and B2C environments.
• Knowledge of BA requirements, PM principles, tools.
• Understanding of UI/UX basics (Figma).
• Experience with SQL and basic front-end tech (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, Google tools.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English at least upper-intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis for fintech projects.
• Benchmark industry trends, market conditions, and competition.
• Collect and prioritise product requirements from stakeholders.
• Create use cases, user stories, and documentation.
• Identify gaps in products and processes.
• Collaborate with third-party developers to integrate API/SDKs.
• Provide technical support to sales, operations, and partner teams.
• Participate in testing, launch, and post-integration monitoring.
• Produce technical docs, integration manuals, and training materials.
• Lead knowledge transfer and product demonstrations.
