Job summary

WhiteTech, a remote-first fintech innovator, is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive product strategy, shape roadmaps, and lead a 10-12 member BA team across desktop and mobile platforms.

You will establish relationships with executives, gather requirements, mentor analysts, and ensure BA outputs align with customer objectives while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a CET-friendly schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in B2B or B2C with a portfolio including desktop and mobile projects.
• Knowledge of BA requirements, project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.
• Understanding of usability principles and UI/UX design, including experience with Figma.
• Experience with SQL and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Ability to work with API documentation and API integration principles and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and UML or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau to present data insights.
• Experience creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading a Business Analysis team of 10-12 members.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• At least an Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and executives.
• Contribute to a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with customer objectives.
• Team management, mentoring, coaching, and resourcing for BA work.
• Plan and manage BA resources.
• Track and report delivery progress according to the roadmap and adjust as priorities change.
• Elicit business and user needs, capture high-level requirements, and prioritize with the product team.
• Lead a team of business analysts to foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
