Job summary

WhiteTech is seeking a Business Analyst to conduct detailed fintech business analysis, understand market dynamics, and enhance our product offerings. You will work with internal teams and partners to ensure our solutions meet evolving customer needs, staying detail-oriented, proactive, and innovative.

You will analyze industry trends, collect requirements, and develop use cases and documentation, while collaborating with third-party developers for integrations and providing technical support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/BA/Finance or related field.
• 3+ years as BA or PM.
• Experience in B2B and B2C environments.
• Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
• Understanding of usability and UI/UX (Figma).
• SQL knowledge; basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Google Docs.
• Experience creating mockups for UI.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis for fintech projects and initiatives.
• Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies for benchmarking.
• Collect and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and focus groups.
• Develop detailed use cases, user stories, and documentation for features.
• Identify and address gaps in products and processes.
• Work with third-party developers to integrate API and SDK products.
• Provide technical support to internal sales/ops and partner engineering teams.
• Participate in troubleshooting, testing, launching, and post-integration monitoring.
• Create technical documentation, integration manuals, guidelines, and training materials.
• Lead internal knowledge transfer and conduct product demonstrations to stakeholders.
