Job summary

Mural, a regulated financial infrastructure company, is hiring a Business Development Representative in New York City. You will be the first human a future customer meets, qualifying leads and handing high-quality conversations to AEs.

Use AI tools to research accounts, draft messages, and personalize outreach at scale. We seek a hungry, tenacious communicator who thrives in early-stage environments, with fintech/payments experience and fluency in how money moves.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years as a BDR/SDR in fintech or payments, with top-verdick performance.
• Working fluency in how money moves: cross-border payments, payouts, treasury, or stablecoins.
• Hungry and tenacious, you follow up relentlessly.
• You already use AI tools daily to work faster and know where they stop.

Responsibilities

• Book meetings that matter with ICP-qualified leads and hand AEs real opportunities.
• Know our ICP better than it knows itself across fintechs and payroll ecosystems.
• Research accounts with AI tools, map paths, draft first touches, then personalize.
• Write like a person, call like a person, and follow up with care.
• Log touches and feedback to sharpen our messaging and playbooks.
• Own the metric: qualified meetings booked, end-to-end ownership.
