Job summary

Trading Technologies International, a global capital markets platform provider, seeks a Principal Finance Systems Administrator to own NetSuite, Coupa, and end-to-end financial integrations. Lead architecture, automation, and compliance in a high-growth finance tech stack.

You will partner with accounting, FP&A, procurement, and sales ops to translate complex business needs into scalable tech solutions, while guiding data pipelines and runbooks across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical experience in financial system administration focusing on NetSuite and Coupa
• Proven API/EDI/SFTP integrations with data syncing across systems
• SuiteScript, JavaScript, or SQL proficiency for data analysis
• Strong understanding of procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, revenue recognition, and multi‑currency consolidation
• Excellent troubleshooting and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Ecosystem Architecture & Administration: administer NetSuite and Coupa; lead upgrades and configuration changes
• Integration Ownership: design and maintain automated integrations (NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, banking portals)
• Technical Triage & Optimization: troubleshoot data issues and synchronize systems with IT/vendor support
• Compliance & Governance: ensure SOX ITGC compliance and data privacy adherence
• Business Partnership & Roadmap: align with accounting, FP&A, procurement, and sales ops
• Automation & Scripting: optimize SuiteScript, Python/JavaScript scripts and middleware
• SOP & Runbook Authoring: document runbooks and standard operating procedures
