Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Financial Systems Engineer to own and modernize our financial platforms, starting with NetSuite and FloQast integration. You’ll automate complex month-end close tasks, build cross-system integrations, and serve as the trusted partner for Finance and Accounting.

You’ll work closely with Engineering to design scalable, rule-based financial systems, implement AI-assisted automations, and minimize manual work.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years administering a financial or ERP system with NetSuite administration
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, AP/procure-to-pay, and revenue processes
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks via scripting, saved searches, workflows, or low-code tools
• Strong collaboration with finance and engineering teams; can translate between them
• Fluent English; other languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Own and administer core financial systems (NetSuite today; FloQast coming online), including configuration, business logic, and day-to-day system health
• Identify manual, recurring, or error-prone finance operations and reduce them via automation, partnering with engineering
• Serve as business-logic and data expert for the finance domain; define and maintain rules and canonical definitions
• Build cross-system integrations on a central, version-controlled, observable integration platform in partnership with engineering
• Act as the dedicated systems partner to Finance and Accounting: translate needs into system capability, own relationships, and oversee onboarding/configuration
• Use modern AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine system work
