Job summary

Blissway Inc. in Denver is seeking a finance and operations leader to own the company’s numbers, workflows, and scalable systems. You’ll report to the founder/CEO and drive monthly close, budgeting, contracts, leases, invoicing, and cross-functional processes.

You will partner with leadership to build scalable financial and operational processes, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure controls. This role blends finance, ops, and strategic execution in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• You have drive and ownership.
• You can cut through noise and explain fixes.

Responsibilities

• Finance: run numbers, monthly close, budget vs actuals, cash forecast and tax/year-end with CPA.
• Operations: negotiate vendor/service agreements, manage leases, fix blockers for the team.
• Billing and payments: manage invoicing, milestones, collections, payroll and benefits, largely automated.
