Uber Freight in Chicago is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst (FinOps Billing) to own end-to-end billing architecture, drive process improvements, and ensure SOX compliance across AR and invoicing.

The role requires collaborating with Finance, Product, Engineering, and an external BPO partner, leading initiatives to optimize revenue flow and reduce manual touchpoints, with hybrid work and on-site in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial operations, billing/accounts receivable, or financial systems operations.
• Experience in workflow mapping, variance analysis, and translating operational failures into solutions.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end Account Receivable Billing Operations, shipping billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Create maps for existing billing processes and implement improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Account Managers, and BPO support for freight billing.
• Develop and track metrics to measure process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
