Job summary

Uber Freight in Chicago is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst (FinOps Billing) to own the health and efficiency of our high-volume billing engine. You will partner with Finance, Product, Engineering and BPO teams to drive operational quality and SOX compliance.

The role involves on-site work in Chicago with flexible remote options on Mondays and Fridays, and a focus on improving end-to-end billing, invoicing, and AR workflows across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years in financial operations, billing, AR or related areas.
• Experience mapping workflows and translating issues into solutions.
• Proven track record in end-to-end AR billing operations.

Responsibilities

• Map, optimize and monitor end-to-end billing and AR processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering and BPO teams.
• Lead onboarding calls for new shippers with AR/invoicing focus.
• Deliver training and present updates on billing processes.
