Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience working within an Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring completeness and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Deal Desk to resolve discrepancies and confirm order details under tight month-end deadlines.
• Generate and issue invoices promptly while verifying pricing, discounts, and terms for financial accuracy.
• Unblock revenue streams by addressing customer inquiries and billing concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline billing procedures toward scalable, automated solutions.
• Support audits and ensure strict adherence to internal controls, including SOX compliance in a high-growth environment.
