Qualifications

• Fluent Finnish and English communication skills required.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in airline/travel sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
