Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 3+ years in leadership, process improvement, supervisory roles in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of EHS policies and lean sigma tools helpful.
• Ability to coach, delegate, and develop a diverse team to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall shift leadership to meet safety, service, quality, productivity, cost, and inventory targets.
• Promote safety as the top value and enforce EHS policies; lead or participate in incident investigations.
• Initiate and support operational improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure standard operating procedures, standard work, and audits are followed.
• Oversee daily activities, coaching, performance reviews, and Kaizen/ELS events.
