Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Finishing Team Manager - C-Shift (Nights) in Greenfield, Indiana. You will lead the night-shift team, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and partner with maintenance and operations to meet production targets.

This role requires a high school diploma and at least three years of leadership in manufacturing; a Bachelor's in Operations Management or Engineering is preferred. You will coach team members, implement process improvements, and uphold Avery Dennison

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 3+ years leadership in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Operations Management or Engineering.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift, ensuring safety, engagement, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Promote safety and enforce EH policies and training.
• Oversee daily activities and provide coaching and performance reviews.
• Drive process improvements to reduce scrap and improve efficiency.
• Ensure standards for SOPs, quality, audits, and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
