Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will combine elegance, knowledge of precious metals and gemstones, and consultative selling to help customers find perfect pieces that celebrate life’s moments.

You’ll build lasting client relationships, promote loyalty programs, and support inventory, events, and impeccable merchandise presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience required.
• Ability to provide product recommendations and assist with fittings.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Read and understand policies in English.
