Job summary

Macy's Fine Jewelry is seeking a dedicated Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will use expert product knowledge to assist customers in selecting heirloom pieces, and you will nurture client relationships through consultative selling and loyalty program engagement.

As part of a fast-paced retail environment, you will support inventory, events, and merchandise presentation while driving sales and protecting assets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex.
• Educate customers on precious metals, gemstones and luxury brands with superior product knowledge.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs and support inventory and events.
• Ensure security, accuracy and impeccable presentation of merchandise.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional store experiences.
