Macy’s, Inc. is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex.

You’ll educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands while building lasting relationships through consultative selling and our clienteling program. You will promote loyalty and warranty programs, assist with inventory and fulfillment, and help run special events while ensuring secure, accurate merchandising and an impeccable presentation

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of related experience in luxury/shopping environments.
• Strong customer-service orientation with a welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse customers.

• Provide product recommendations and assist with fittings and digital shopping tools to create a knowledgeable, welcoming shopping experience.
