Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will bring elegance, expertise, and personalized service, helping customers find perfect pieces for life’s moments and educating them on metals, gemstones, and luxury brands.

You’ll drive sales, promote loyalty benefits, and work with the team to maintain a pristine, shoppable space while supporting inventory and events.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Provide product recommendations, assisting with fittings and digital shopping tools.
• Drive sales and operational excellence by leveraging product knowledge and vendor training.
• Maintain an organized and shoppable space, leveraging clienteling tools to promote offers.
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service.
• Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions.
• 1-2 years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping experience.
• Educate customers on fine jewelry, precious metals, gemstones and luxury brands.
• Promote Macy’s loyalty and warranty programs.
• Support inventory, fulfillment, and special events for the Fine Jewelry department.
• Ensure security, accuracy, and presentation of merchandise on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and uphold operational excellence.
