Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands while building lasting client relationships through consultative selling and loyalty programs.

As part of a team, you will support inventory, events, and merchandise presentation, while meeting sales goals and upholding security and accuracy. Prior jewelry experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented retailer experience preferred.
• Ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional service.
• Familiarity with clienteling tools and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Fine Jewelry and Watch, creating welcoming shopping experiences.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs, and support events and inventory tasks.
• Maintain organized, secure, and well-presented merchandise and assist with stock replenishment.
