Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related jewelry retail experience.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex.
• Educate customers on precious metals, gemstones and luxury brands; leverage product knowledge.
• Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and clienteling.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs; support inventory, events and displays of merchandise.
• Ensure security, accuracy and presentation of merchandise; support team goals.
