Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, helping customers choose pieces that suit their taste and budget. You will educate buyers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands while leveraging client relationships to drive sales and loyalty engagement.

On the floor, you’ll maintain a welcoming space, use POS and digital tools, and participate in events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience preferred
• Able to communicate effectively with customers, teammates and supervisors
• Able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English
• Provide product recommendations and assist with fittings and digital tools

Responsibilities

• Promote loyalty and warranty programs and meet sales goals
• Support inventory, fulfillment, and merchandise presentation
• Uphold security, accuracy, and presentation of merchandise
• Collaborate with team to support events and store operations
• Engage customers with a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping experience
