Job summary

Macy's Fine Jewelry is hiring a Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will help customers select pieces, share expertise on metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, and leverage the loyalty program to build client relationships.

You will also support inventory, events, and promotions while maintaining a polished, organized sales floor and using POS tools to complete transactions with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to use POS and digital shopping tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs to customers.
• Support inventory, fulfillment, and special events.
• Ensure security, accuracy, and presentation of merchandise.
