Cornerstone Restaurant Group is seeking a friendly server for Michael Jordan's Steak House at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut. You will greet guests, take and enter orders, and ensure accurate processing of payments while delivering elevated service.

Responsibilities include maintaining menu knowledge, upselling daily specials, participating in service meetings, and assisting in training new staff. Must be 18+, HS diploma, 1–2 years experience, basic computer skills, and able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and drink orders.
• Enter orders into the POS, process payments, and balance receipts.
• Tailor service with personalized attention.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials.
• Describe menu items clearly and upsell to guests.
• Keep workstation clean and assist other stations.
• Help train new service staff.
• Attend mandatory meetings and report issues to management.
