Job summary

Cornerstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead Michael Jordan's Restaurants at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut. You will supervise daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and collaborate with GM and HR on staffing and budgets.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience, P&L familiarity, POS proficiency, and strong math and computer skills. You will drive service excellence, inventory control, and promotions to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum experience in restaurant management.
• 3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with P&L reports and budgeting.
• Experience with POS.
• Basic math skills.
• Experience in staff training.
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead regular management meetings to discuss performance and vision.
• Ensure hosts greet guests and handle calls promptly.
• Optimize seating to maximize revenue while managing kitchen load.
• Monitor staff appearance and enforce standards.
• Address guest complaints and take corrective action.
• Develop relationships with vendors and manage inventories.
• Oversee POS system operation and staff training.
• Assist GM with budgeting, pricing, and promotions.
